DSU Training for NYCPS: virtual training with school leaders and staff (frequency tbd)
DSU Liberal Arts Assistant Dean will train school administrators on student support and advising systems, including academic counseling, course readiness assessments, and resources to help students succeed in dual enrollment courses.
DSU will share with school administrators tools and training for data collection, analysis, and program evaluation to monitor student performance, course effectiveness, and overall program success, allowing for continuous improvement and adjustments.
School administrators will collaborate with DSU faculty to stay updated on best practices, instructional strategies for Early College High School students, and compliance with accreditation standards specific to dual enrollment programs.
